These terms govern your use of our custom t-shirt designs, tumblers, engraved items, and all other products. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, though these are subject to change. While we love bringing your ideas to life, any designs submitted by you for customization are granted a license to us for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. All other content, including our branding and original designs, remains the intellectual property of Crafty Chic Designs By Jen.
Crafting your vision: custom order details
At Crafty Chic Designs By Jen, we specialize in personalized creations, from custom t-shirt designs to engraved cutting boards and tumblers. When placing a custom order, your final approval of the design proof is crucial before production begins. You acknowledge that due to the handmade and unique personalization process, minor variations in color, material, or design may occur from the digital mock-up. We always aim for perfection, but these subtle differences are part of what makes your item uniquely yours. We reserve the right to refuse orders that include offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Adjusting your order & our satisfaction guarantee
Given the custom-made nature of our products, once a design has been approved and production has commenced, orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled or significantly altered. Due to unique customization, personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part. Please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order if you believe there is a defect or an issue with your custom item. Your satisfaction is paramount; if you are not entirely happy, contact us at craftychicdesigns813@gmail.com. We are committed to working with you to understand your concerns and find a fair resolution, which may include revisions or, in rare cases of proven defect, a replacement or refund.
